- 30% deposit to reserve the date; the balance is due up to 48 h before the session.
- Contract and image-rights release signed before every session.
- Travel fees outside the metro area: $0.55/km after the first 30 km, or a day rate for destinations.
- Filming permits: some tourist sites and parks require a commercial permit — to be verified before confirming a location.
